Fiare Banca Ética, Anesvad Foundation and San Prudencio Labour Foundation have become new partners of the Entrepreneurship and Social Impact Fund (FEIS in Spanish) promoted by Seed Capital Bizkaia.
Today morning, at the event held at the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, the agreement to incorporate the three entities as new members of the fund has been formalized.
With this signature, Seed Capital Bizkaia, considers that its commitment to socially responsible investment in Bizkaia gets an important boost. Going hand in hand with these three leading entities in the social sphere, and which also have extensive experience, undoubtedly implies a strengthening of the fund itself.
It should be noted that the commitment of these entities goes beyond a contribution to the capital of the fund, since they will play an important role in defining the investment strategy to be followed through their participation in the Project Evaluation Committee.
Likewise, this agreement represents a clear example of public-private collaboration.
FEIS, a fund with a transformational spirit
It was established in 2014 with the aim of supporting the promotion and consolidation of business initiatives with social impact, currently being the only public fund in the state in the field of impact investments.
Since its inception, the fund has supported a total of 11 projects for an amount close to 2 million euros in different sectors: health, education, circular economy and labour insertion and inclusion.

San Prudencio Labour Foundation
Non-profit organization, founded 52 years ago, leader in management and application of Social Responsibility in Álava. It has more than 400 associated companies that represent 30.000 workers and 80.000 beneficiaries.
